It will be hot so be careful; you may need to place the wrap over a towel for a few minutes. To use for cold therapy, place the flax bag into a plastic bag and put in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, then apply to affected area for 10 to 15 minutes. (Be careful of frostbite!).
