Description:
For heat therapy, just put the eye pillow into your microwave for 30 to 45 seconds depending on your microwave. It will be hot so be careful; you may need to place the wrap over a towel for a few minutes. To use for cold therapy, place the eye pillow into a plastic bag and put in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, then apply to affected area for 10 to 15 minutes. (Be careful of frostbite!). Wrapped in a plastic bag with raffia ribbon (as shown) for the perfect and most welcomed gift! The patterns shown are an example, so choose what type of style you would like: feminine, masculine or geometric.
